(1) The electric pump below 11 kW is allowed to start directly, and the electric pump above 13 kW should be equipped with a step-down starting cabinet to protect the safe operation of the electric pump.
(2) In order to prevent the rotor of the electric pump from jumping up instantaneously and reduce the starting load, the starting time of the electric pump should close the stroke of the outlet valve to 3/4. (Leave a 1/4 air gap for deflation) Slowly open it after starting the water outlet, and control the pump operating point in an appropriate position.
(3) After the start-up and start of operation, the monitoring and observation of water level changes should be strengthened to ensure that the electric pump operates within the working conditions.
(4) After the electric pump is put into operation for the first time for 5 hours, the thermal insulation resistance should be measured quickly after shutdown, and the value should not be lower than 0.5MΩ before continuing to use. 2. Stop the pump: Before the electric pump stops, in order to prevent the backflow of water, the valve should be closed when the power is cut off, and the interval between restarting is more than 20 minutes. 3. Operation and maintenance: (1) The electric pump should work at the design operating point. At this time, the axial force is moderate, the pump efficiency is high, and the pump is economical and reliable. (2) The electric pump should be fully checked every 8 hours to check whether the various instruments have changed, whether the circuit nodes are hot, and whether the sound is normal. Whether the normal operating current is greater than the rated value of the motor nameplate. 4. In one of the following situations, the pump should be stopped immediately: (1) The working current of the pump is suddenly higher than the rated current of the motor.
