(1) The deep well pump should be stored in a warehouse dedicated to dry operations. It is strictly forbidden to place it outdoors for a long time. Always use guard wires to protect the threads at both ends during transportation and storage to effectively prevent foreign objects from entering the pump.

(2) Establish deep well pump files. Record the service process of deep well pumps, maintenance records, inspection certificates and tracking cards.

(3) For the exploratory well pump with a packing box, it should be placed on a flat cement floor; for a deep well pump without a packing box, it should be placed on a pump frame with 3 fulcrums. The two ends are suspended not more than 1m.

(4) The deep well pump that needs to be stored for a long time should be coated with No. 20 engine oil for anti-corrosion. 2. Transportation of deep well pumps

(1) When transporting the deep well pump, a special transport vehicle for deep well pump should be used to fix the pump on the pump frame and transport it. Pull by truck. It must be leveled with a support, and the suspended length of the pump end shall not exceed 1.5m. At the same time, the deep well pump must be fixed to the car groove to prevent damage from bumps and foreign objects.

(2) Protective wires must be worn at both ends during transportation. Prevent the plunger from blowing out and foreign objects from entering the pump.

(3) For short-distance manual handling, there should be no less than 3 people. And evenly distributed along the entire length.

(4) When hoisting, it should be hoisted according to the hoisting position designed on the packing box. When lifting a single pump, use a cross arm that is half the length of the pump.
